So basically idk if this is autism or because of my strict upbringing or both, but my perfectionism complex upset me again...

I upset someone on FB when I offered to help someone with a game, then opps, I realized I had to finish something first... But it wasn't the person I offered to help that got upset, it was a random person that angry reacted everything I said, told me something was seriously wrong with me, then helped the other person themselves...

I can't figure out what I did so wrong, it was a simple mistake, but now I'm really upset.

This is how I got manipulated so bad so many times though "do what I say because it's the right thing to do and if you don't do it I'll be angry with you too!" Reminds me of my uncle...

How do I stop getting angry with myself when I anger someone else???

You didn't anger someone else. They angered themselves, just using you as a convenient trigger since they couldn't attack whatever was really bothering them. It is impossible to please everyone; as long as you are effectively minimizing rather than maximizing the conflicts, be gentle on yourself.

Autism comorbid with obsessive compulsive disorder

Perfectionism a characteristic of obsessive compulsive disorder

You can't measure quality

Just because someone else responded negatively to your actions, does not mean that your actions were bad or wrong

Anything could be misunderstood

The speaker has only one definition

Everything else is a miscommunication
