Hi everyone,

I’m a 22 years old boy from France and im new here

I joined this forum because I’ve been looking for a space where I can talk openly about my life, my thoughts, without feeling misunderstood or judged.

Living with autism isn’t always easy for me. I often struggle with sensory overload and social anxiety, and there are days where just getting through feels like a victory.

I also find it hard to express how I’m feeling, this can make me feel isolated, even when I’m around other people. But I’m learning to understand myself better every day, and I’m hoping that being part of this community will help me feel more connected and feel less alone.
