Are you supersensitive to what's going on inside you?

Two years ago, I was walking down the street on several occasions and inhaled exhaust from cars, and could have sworn I felt the path it took to my brain, and I could have sworn I felt my brain cells dying!

When I pay a little attention, for example when I'm typing, I can also feel the feeling of pounding on the keyboard go up from my fingers through my hand up my arm past my shoulder up my neck across the back of my neck past or thru my brainstem into the bottom of the left side of my brain!

I also have to leave if I hate certain smells... anything that smells poison, if certain food tastes just a little poisonous... they call us persnickety eaters and easily shocked by sounds, but the thing is we don't have lives, so we can think about important stuff like what we're craving... NTs don't pay so much attention so they have more health problems often!

I think this is due to not havign a life and not having better things to concentrate on... if I was in a sewer but having a blast, I'd stay in the sewer. :)

Sometimes I just get a feeling that makes me think I'm going to have a heart attack or a stroke or something. Sometimes I get weird sensations from unlikely sources.

I had the wierd sensation like tons of fat wweighed down and falling into my chest cavity... I thought I was going to have a heart attack, it was getting a bit painful... this was just out of the blue, as I sat at this computer, and it had never ever happened to me before. Mind you, I had eaten junk food that day, was gaining weight rather fast after losing weight (my mom had kept bringing home fattening food for me)... so that probably had something to do with it.

I think what you had might have been a panic attack... some people think they're having a heart attack but it's actually a panic attack...

Maybe you were having an ulcer.

An ULCER? That's a hole burned in the stomach because it doesn't produce enough mucus to coat the stomach wall and keep the acid inside...

Do you mean a clot? It did feel like there was something fatty stuck in there, but I think I loosened it up just by relaxing.

It's more likely that it's just heartburn. Junk food does that.

I thought heartburn was when it's hot and burning, and sometimes it goes down to your stomach and makes you want to puke. :)

I couldn't clean up after my dog because his poop would make me barf. Cleaning up catboxes is different. I have no problem with that because I have been cleaning litterboxes since 1979.

I can't stand body odor. That's worse than animal poop.

Maybe heartburn starts by making it feel like that, I don't know, I'm not a medical professional.

Sometimes I feel like I'm having kidney failure, later it usually turns out to be gas.
