I always thought it's something else in my case

Like psychopathy in my childhood and schizoid personality disorder in my teenagehood. But then I found out that something like Asperger Syndrome exists... and then, back in 2003, I finally realized what it could be. Because I have practically
all the symptoms that match my own symptoms exquisitely well. Even my mother who was always very embarassed with me and my weirdness, does admit it's probably ASD - even my psychologist told me during our first meeting that it's most likely Aspergers. Because what else could it be? Some months ago, I made the list of all my symptoms - it turned out it's as many as 60 symptoms that I put on it. I would be greatly surprised if it was something else. It was obvious I was not like others even when I was a toddler (things like hyperlexia, dyspraxia). The overwhelming majority of the self-diagnosed is people who are much more normal than myself. And practically everybody deals with life MUCH better than myself.
