the other day I saw a thing on Aol on these orphaned baby monkies, it's kinds sad just thought i'd share, seeing as I can't find an article.

The ape/ monkey or whater was crossing the road when it got hit. it was squashed beyond recognition, somehow the babies (2) got out of the womb unharmed. people rescued them and gave them a doll with a hott water bottle in side as ba mom. the animals were to young to know the difference. they froze the motheres remains so tha in the future her scent can be injected in them so they won't be rejected by the others when they go back into the wild....

That's great to know that people care enough to do this! Especailly the part about making it possible for them to go back to the wild when they are old enough.

The problem is that the babies will have some social issues.

Look at the studies on Rhesus Monkies.
