Feel free to talk if you have calmed down enough.

I know there usually isn't a week I don't go without a meltdown. People always being random, and people yelling, not understanding, and people generally being boneheads. What I am trying to say is try to keep your cool about things, some people are just idiots, and they strive for a reaction of some sort, I do not know why people are so mean, but they are, and when they are, don't let them get that reaction, don't let them see what they crave.

Do you have an activity you can engage in to get it out of your system?

For me it's writing thoughts down, like once it's down on paper, it's no longer on my mind.

That helps me too, in the same way crying helps me - once it's expressed in some external way, it's easier for me to get over it.

Or maybe there's some kind of stim you can do that will help you get back to equilibrium?

I hope you're feeling better by now...
