Anyone have a hard time coping with change?? Go mute and get stressed?

Not to the extent you mention Josie. Aversion to change is common to people on the spectrum.

Dad: I'm gonna clean up around here. Is this something you wanna keep?
Me: ...*silently thinking about every time I have ever interacted with object* Y...eah.

It is because of this very trait that I am such a packrat. I keep EVERYTHING. I know where every object is, and when I used it last.

When I moved from my sister's old room to my new room, for the following few days, I had a very difficult time sleeping and thinking. I was happy to have my new room, but I still missed the feeling of being in my old room. Man, I even feel affected when I change my bedsheets to a new pattern.

Oddly, this is one thing I don't really have a problem with. Yeah, I like things the way I like them, and I like tasks that affect me to be done the right way - my way - but I don't have a problem changing things around or altering plans. Now, if it's other people making the changes, I sometimes have a bit of trouble, but only if the changes directly affect me.
