Lot of times.

I remember the time when I was seven, I was doing my school work. I was doing one of those cut and glue to your worksheet work. I was using my glue and my teacher said I was pounding it and she took it away from me and gave me a glue stick. I told her I didn't pound it and she said I knew what she is talking about. To this day I am still not sure what she was talking about. I was just minding my own business and bam she yells at me by saying I am pounding the glue and to put it down. My mother suggested maybe she heard someone else pounding their glue and she thought it was me.

Another time I was sitting in my seat on the bus and we were on our way home on a field trip. This boy in my class throws his lollipop wrapper out the window and the same teacher yells at me. I didn't understand why she barked my name, then she said I threw the wrapper out the window. I told her I didn't do it and it was Timmy. She said don't lie, she saw me do it and I say no Timmy did it. So she asks Timmy if he did it and he says no, so I got the blame. My other teacher asks what happened and she says I threw a wrapper out the window and the teacher gasped. I don't remember what punishment I got but later on Timmy confessed and the teacher said "Okay" and apologized to me. I was still mad but not at Timmy but at my teachers for not believing me.

I have been accused of arguing for correcting or defending myself.
I have been accused of being unfriendly just because I asked a question about something. He said we had a deal. I guess I wasn't allowed to ask about my confusion so I guess that guy lied what he said. I sometimes think it was a set up. He said that because he knew if he said it, he knew I'd get confused and ask a question and he'd have an excuse to be a jerk to me again.
I have been accused of being rude, disrespectful for expressing myself.

Thankfully, I never really got in much trouble in school along those lines. No eye-rolling or any of that.

I did once get sent out of a classroom because I was allocated a seat next to someone and refused to sit next to them because I found their presence repulsive (and openly said as much).

There was also the time during the compulsory christmas chapel service where I was up on the balcony and trying to communicate in signs to my friend Benn on the ground level.... and eventually we both got pulled out (along with some others who were talking).... and the Head of Year sent me to apologise to the headmistress....
The really ironic thing is that the headmistress accepted my "apology" even though I was being bitterly sarcastic when I said it (because I wasn't sorry in the slightest, and was actually plotting revenge against the head of year. Rather THEY should have apologised to me for forcing me through such a thing). I would have rather she'd had a go at me for being sarcastic so I could have been even more defiant... but I guess the old slag just wanted to finish her lunch.

Hence my sarcasm.... though it was sadly wasted.
I mean... it seems the easy choice. If someone wants you to say sorry, and you want them to know that you can both say it and NOT mean it... a blatantly sarcastic tone of voice should do that... right?
Guess my tone wasn't well-practiced enough to come across as anything more than surly at that time.

I won't even say what I was accused of, because a lot of people would recognize me just from that. I always said that NVC in that way really doesn't exist!

I expect you're assuming too much there.

I never mentioned that I got expelled from one high-school for giving out my mother's cannabis stock, did I? Figured I'd win people to my side by buying them over with free drugs, AND hopefully stop my mother smoking at the same time. Neither worked, and I got expelled for my trouble, but it all turned out for the best in the end as I got out of a crap school and ended up in a better school.... and my mother later quit smoking on her own.

I don't know what part you are talking about, but that IS another way I seem kind of AS. I have differences that are misunderstood. If it is utterly MORONIC, I can rail about it for YEARS! The event I am talking about happened over 4 years ago, but I last commented on it about a week ago! So anyone that knows me that has dealt with me within the last 4 years WILL recognize it!

Yup! I do it all the the time, it's part of a bigger trait of being unable to hide almost ANY of my emotions. My advice for you: Next time stick your tongue out at them.

Well, one time at Walmart my mom reached over to touch my shoulder, and all of a sudden she exclaimed, "Don't pull away from me when I try to touch you!" I didn't even realize I had 'pulled away', but apparently I did. :/

Now that really is the deal-breaker, eh?

Well, what about those of us who haven't dealt with you in the past 4 years, nor were paying attention a week ago?
