A simple question really.
How do you deal with emotional meltdowns in a non-destructive manner?

I've been extremely stressed-out as of late and have found myself in situations where I breakdown with frustration and am unable to find a good way to bring myself out of it. Normally if I have a close family member around, it's not so difficult. But when I'm home alone I'm really at a loss to console myself when I become hysterical. :?

sports. If any possible, when I'm stressed from my job or whatever, I jump on my bike and take a fast ride through the city of Amsterdam. Only disadvantage about it is, that when I'm stressed or frustrated, I'm driving much too fast and risky, mostly influenced by some punk music I hear then. But it helps a lot.
