A Poem wrote:
How do I feel? What a question indeed?
Can I truly understand you? Can you
truly understand me.

Videos fill my head with words unspoken,
to a few. To others it is the sound of
the winds ringing true, and a heart intune.

Descriptions of Babylon and it's salt
fill some in their mind, to others it
is but the physical touch that can
bring out the truth of how I feel inside.

Hence forth the billowiing sky, full
moon surprise invoke the feeling of
completeness most don't feel inside.

Howl my little wolf, as the moon becons
you forth. Hide Red Riding Hood, is the wolf
inside you to your surprise? Or a harboured
fear you hide from others, but seen to
your surprise?

Becon the language of life, full moon or
not. Chilling winds bring the truth so
close. Do you hide in fear or numb
in feelings untouched?

This is a random thought that came to
my head since it is chilly and full mooned.

Soon, or tommorow Harry Potter movie
#4 is coming out. I will be seeing it on
Friday.

I asked to be dropped off 2 hours earlier,
since it is who arrives to it that give it
greater value than film footage.

Harry Potter meanings wrote:
To me Harry Potter is a message of suffering
and special gifts, and his/our awareness that
the most awkard of alliances make the better
brew.

Lost Contacts and Harry Potter wrote:
I see myself, and if you saw my recently
made videos you would see Harry Potter
being isolated and gifted is my connection.

Lost parents and lost friends in a hypricrital
world(see book #5 and #6) that torment
him is like my torment in communication
with others.

Almost a Aspie in one form or another?
Makes you wonder.

Favorite Characters wrote:
My favorite characters is the unlikely Trio.
Lupin, Sirius and Harry. This is why they
get a staring role in my created emoti-videos.

Lupin wrote:
Lupin in my eyes is the one who can teach and
aide but despised even by his darker kind.
The government shuns him(being a werewolf)
and parents won't allow him expression of his
teaching gift(and his only real pupil was Harry who
see's past his flaws). This is a symbol of
my ghosthunter'nese.

Sirius wrote:
Sirius represents my wild spontaneous spirit,
who is all giving and also all misundeerstood
even by his witches kind.

It is reminisent of my early days on Wrongplanet
and term in wrongplanets azkaban, to then die
at least saving those few. I do my part to
be and inspire others, but Sirius'itis does it's
part in my pulling back.

Harry wrote:
Harry is the representation of my inner torments
of homelessness, abusive and unloving scenerios
and thus why the dementer will prevail in most
of my sad videos(lupin/sirius/harry).

Motherless, loveless and almost aspie like
in the world of magic. His aspie'nese and
torment is symbolic of mine(though I am not
amovie or book).

What does Harry Potter mean to you?

Harry Potter, to me, is a teen (like me) who started out not having many friends and was always used to being an outcast. When he began going to school, things began getting better. Harry Potter is sort of like a representation of me and what I went through with Asperger's; the not having friends for a period of time part, that is. Harry Potter is also a person who uses his special powers and talents for good; it shows that one's talents aren't really as big a key to success as deciding what to do with their talents or gifts. Or in other words: just because you can do something that doesn't mean that you should do it. Harry Potter also means some other stuff, but I can't remember them all.

These are excellent reasonings, I figure Harry is a aspergers
icon as well.

That's a great way of putting it, aspiegirl2. I agree, and that's a big part of why I love the series.

I think Harry is a way for us to escape. Harry seems to have troubles that we can all identify with to a degree, and he seems to be a way out, into another world, that we can CHANGE, using magic. If we had a wand, we could make things right, and that's what I believe it's all about, making things right again.

What does Harry Potter mean to me? I don't even know where to begin...

As already mentioned, I can relate to Harry when it comes to feeling different. What I think is most fascinating about Harry is that he is really average. I know that he is a wizard and that he is the Boy Who Lived, but if you think about it, he is not that extraordinary. He is not exceptionally wealthy, he is not particularly good-looking, he is not that intelligent, etc. However, Harry is the one more than anyone else in the world who is more capable of doing extraordinary things. That is not the only reason I like the Harry Potter series, though. I find the whole saga mysterious and thrilling. It's an epic adventure.

It is Thursday at about 4:30pm right now and I am going tonight at midnight. I am going with friends so I don't know exactly what time we'll arrive at the theatre.

Tomorrow (Friday), I am having a Harry Potter party that about 30-40 friends are going to, and then we are going to the movie.

I get to go see it twice in one day!! ! :D Only 7 hours, 32 minutes, and 25 seconds!! !

How am I feeling about Harry Potter?...

*GIDDY!! !*

I'm going this Saturday with my mother. She wants to see a movie for her birthday and so I'm treating. She likes Harry Potter. Not as much as I do, but she couldn't think of any other movies she'd like to see. Tonight we're going to be rewatching the first three movies. --Well, maybe the second and the third since we watched the first not too long ago.

I'm so excited. I'm even more excited than she is and it's her birthday. It makes me feel kinda guilty. But not guilty enough not to go see it with her, hehehe.

And I am glad you are celebrating her birthday. Tell you
mom I said happy birthday. I figure your 25?22? so that
makes her 42-50, and my mom is 59 and I am 40....You have
to love age math.

Age-math game obsession wrote:
That was one of my obsessive hobbies...I would take black
and white movie stars(still like black & white movies) and guess
their age and play the math.....1935 -25 = born 1910 since they
probly went to college. It wasnt perfect math, but a game to me
when I was 10. I dissected alot of Who's Who, and what became of..

Many happy birthdays to your mom and I hope you both
enjoy all 4 films since you are watching the other 3 before 4.

Right now I am quicktiming(conversion) #1 then later #2, Then
#3 so when the DVD for #4 comes out, the #1-3 are Quicktime
converted for fan_made video purposes.

Thanks for going to Harry Potter, and Happy Birthday to your
Mom,

Ghosthunter
