why not go through the alphabetical list and point out each other's qualities and what one could try to improve?

I dont know about the telling them what to improve. That would turn to a flame war very quickly.

I thought about making a thread for leaving compliments about other members. I've not posted in the awards thread because I can't think of an award to give anyone. I'm just not that witty I guess, but I can think of nice things to say about other members. Even the posters that get on my nerves the most have something nice about them worth mentioning. I don't think I want to leave any comments about improvement. Not really something that I feel comfortable doing unless I know someone really well.

Where would we find the alphabetical list of members?

thanks, sorry for the double psoting, this is the 3rd time I put up a thread and then I odn't see it. SO thinking it hasn't been posted I made a new one with the same poster

zen_mistress is right. I could probably guess what some would say about me. Frankly, some of my REAL problems are ones I can't, or won't change. Other REAL problems are ones I am working on.

Ironically, some that would likely be the most vocal about me are ones I could be vocal about.
