In the US, Autism Awareness is for the entire month of April. So, when I was hypomanic, I made a commitment to make 30 videos in 30 days! So, I got to work on it, and I already have 13 ready to upload for the first 13 days. I think between now and the middle of next month, I can meet my goal.

It's like a marathon for me. It gives me a sense of purpose, to spread a positive message.

means theres going to be a lot of news about autism on the media, and were going to wear autism related shirts to help spread awareness, but thats about it hahaha.

The article I wrote may or may not make it into the paper on April 2. I told the guy I didn't care which week it was, not realising that the 2nd is the official day. I still don't care that much: every day is autistic awareness day.

NathanYoung, it may be a little late to write something for this year. They usually want things more in advance than this.

Diagnosed under the DSM5 rules with autism spectrum disorder, under DSM4 psychologist said would have been AS (299.80) but I suspect that I am somewhere between 299.80 and 299.00 (Autism) under DSM4.
