Apparently today I made my teacher mad/hurt/offended and didn't even realize it. How can you tell when that happens... Most my friends just tell me if I am doing something bad... And I know them a long time so I can kinda tell... But I am very oblivious as to how other people feel unless there is something blatantly obvious.

Now I have to figure out what to do about the whole teacher thing too.

But seriously, how can you tell. Is there anything subtle to look for?

Unless they say "Stop it," I have no idea how to tell. Maybe you should tell your teacher to tell you "Stop it" if you're doing something wrong.

NTs generally have the Theory of Mind to know intuitively what makes people mad in general, so they can avoid it to a large extent. It's so natural to them that they don't believe us when we say we didn't have a clue that what we did was offensive.

Knowing after the fact is a lot more tricky. The ways people show (or hide) their anger/hurt can be very varied. I've even known people who will turn more polite when hurt/angered, only to retaliate when you're not looking.

Eyes squinting slightly, lips pucker slightly, stops looking at you or starts staring intently without blinking, deeper breaths, slower or faster while you are talking (I breathe slower), biting on lips (to keep from saying anything)

That's all I can think of...these things are very subtle and change little.
