Probably the same thing I'm trying to do now: become a professor of music and a professional clarinettist/composer. My academic ability hasn't been affected, thankfully, but the better executive functioning would be useful. I'm sure, though, that the fact that music is my biggest obsession is useful to me now, and if I was socially able and inclined to be social, that socialising would take up time that I currently spend on music.
It might make it easier to move out of home, too, if I had a brain without a complete lack of organisational ability and that didn't get exhausted just with what I do already.
