Yes, I do. I'm absolutely stunned by the trouble the Japanese chefs go through to make their dishes look good.

I had octopus sushi once in Japan, but the octopus wasn't live at the restaurant. And it tasted rubbery, so I won't be eating it again.

Yep. I even almost picked some up today, too. I've gotta admit - it's a little sour for my tastes because of the vinegar.
