When in doubt, ask an autistic. Chances are, they're obsessed with what you need to know.

weight-loss, (iamnotaparakeet, thought of trying nutrisystem or a portion control or vegeitarian diet, its effective and it works, even if your diabetic, nutrisystem works because of the good carbs are being ingested and used causing you to have energy. good luck iamnotaparakeet, sorry if im sounding like an obesity doc, im a doc for doors and closers, not people

(Thanks. :) I've tried to be a vegetarian once and got down to 165 then, but my parents don't support me in that diet saying meat is necessary and all that so since then and being depressed after being fired at Wal-Mart I now weigh around 250. I shouldn't eat when I'm depressed, but that's one difficult habit to kill. One thing I like about parrots is that they are naturally vegetarians; I don't like carnivorous creatures. Maybe when I can support myself I'll try to be a vegetarian again. For now I'm trying to cut down on calories and get most nutrition from pills. What's the nutrisystem thing again?)

Calories.
