Right, and discrimination based upon natural facial
hair might likewise be made so.

I'm wondering if MickyD's can get away with
this policy, when it conflicts with religious
codes.

Even if I were Jewish I would still have to trim my beard, that's the rules for McD's.

Three officers were given the go-ahead to pursuing possible legal action against a policy which they believe is discriminatory towards African Americans.

Hear more about what the officers had to say.

The policy does not allow any officer with facial hair to wear the uniform, but they disagree with it because they say it does not count for African-Americans who can’t shave because of a skin disorder known as Psuedofollicuitis Barbae.

The officers have not filed a lawsuit yet because they were waiting for the EEOC to review their claim and see if it had merit.

Under the policy, which has only been enforced for 2.5 years, any officer who does not comply with it is asked to change into regular clothes.

The officers who suffer from Psuedofollicuitis Barbae feel that the policy should not be enforced upon them.

According to the officers filing the complaint, some are suffering in silence, shaving and getting red welts on their faces.

Another issue.

Hmm, Ron Paul is the only republican who voted againist the war in Iraq.

And he is anti-war and wants drastically cut military spending.

Hmm. sounds interesting. We're probably gonna get some more Bush cronies, and cheating and lying. How corrupt is our government?

Mostly I'm just implying that I'm a pretty big ret*d to post on a public forum what time I'm going out all alone in the dead of the night down a deserted street. :P If anybody had a clue where I was and wanted to kill me, I suppose they'd have an easy time of it.

But if you're looking for a part-time job...

Both sides are pretty rotten.

The average conservative wants to grill the bill of rights and serve it with steak.

The average liberal wants to chill the bills of rights and serve it with duck and mango sauce.

Libertarians are the best chance around here, the combo of conservative economics and liberal social policy fits me like a glove. And the commitment to ending overspending in military, police, infrastructure and privatisation of social security will help float the sick budget. While the bill of rights will survive through the "Live and Let Live" libertarian social policy.

I'd have to get a green card, and besides, I don't feel like either stalking, OR travelling to America.
