I wish the wishing well would dispense coins instead of collecting them.

Granted but you can't see anything in the past now as you get amnesia, so everything is wiped clean and you can only see the future.

I wish I could safely enter/ visit the world of cartoons and anime when I wanted to.

Granted, plants are given the Midas Touch. The planet is soon turned into nothing but plants and gold and all other life is dead.
