Lowest form is being the flamer, 2nd troll. I try to give people warning before I report them so they can have more of a chance to change their behavior.


The flamer is reponsible for the current state of the internet, on Usernet they defined the power of a good flame. Trolls came after and are poorly trained.

Not your job to say if they are being a problem in public (PMs are the means of carrying this out), the mods do that.
