You know where Estonia is? Follow that coastline south-west, you get Latvia, Lithuania, then Kaliningrad, then Poland.

Done the quiz yesterday, 117. Bugger. Look at the map of Europe after that....

Today I tried it again, in honesty of course, and got 136. One learns everyday.

Btw.... same here with Russia, Kaliningrad. Actually, still don't where it's at. Former Yugoslavia is difficult also.

I always find it very easy to remember because Kaliningrad is the modern name for Konigsberg, which is where a famous problem in Graph theory comes from - the Seven Bridges of Konigsberg. Alright, that one may not help the non mathematicians among you...
