So YouTube won’t change then!

Granted, now we can only edit before hitting submit. Once it’s posted, it’s too late. *Cough!* Proof reading *cough*

I wish YouTube didn’t have so many regional restrictions.

Granted!

I hate it when a video says it's "not available in your country."

I wish English was written phonetically. The word phonetically isn't even spelled phonetically. Sigh.

Yeah, it’s real annoying, as is the message that it’s removed or no soundtrack due to third party copyright issues.

Heh. Your wish reminds of a book I gave up on because it was unreadable exactly because it was written in phonetic Norwegian. For those of us who can spell it’s just dang confusing. And don’t get me started on how they change some spellings to make it more Norwegian. I know what a pub is, but I do not know what a pøbb is. Fleece is something you wear, flis is a splinter. They are not the same!
And don't get me started on the kj-sound!

Granted, but now everyone will spell it like they pronounce it, so spellings will differ a lot, and the same will hold true for anything you try to search for, since writing it phonetically is not only allowed but required everything will be unreadable.

I wish for no language I use to be written phonetically.

You really know how to rain on my parade, don't ya? :P

Granted. Everyone gives up on writing. There is nothing written online, no books, no newspapers, no texting, etc. Now people actually have to talk to each other.

I wish my bestie didn't live two states away from me.

Yup! :P

Granted, a series of enormous earthquakes will move the states, so you’ll be next door to each other. Or you would be if there still were any remaining buildings. Everything between your place and theirs will be crushed and most buildings and infrastructure will crumble in several states. But they’re no longer two states away.

I wish for writing to never be given up on. I don’t wanna have to talk to anyone! 8O

Granted, no one gives up on writing. You don't actually have to talk to anyone. However, all online forums will be closed affective immediately. You won't be able to write to anyone in forums, and that includes me.

I wish it didn't take 13 hours to drive to the beach we always vacation at.

Granted, it takes 13 days. The earthquake moved the beach too.

I wish for online forums to not cease to exist. Outside of first degree rels they’re life for me.

Granted but the tickets will cost a bundle.

I wish Dragonball technology existed. (They buy capsules that are activated and becomes whatever it was designed to be, from planes to cars and houses etc.)

OK the last poster wanted to go to bed, fine but it is a bed of nails.

I want to wish for a big cake which is magic, I can eat as much as I like but I then the next day wake up with exactly the right weight for my height.

Wish granted....

But your magic cake tastes like spinach.

I wish for a nice new long raincoat before the heavy rains come.

I wish my dog to be a cat!

Granted, but not before it incites mass protests and social outrage from people opposed to immoral "species reassignment surgery".

I wish I were 183 cm (that's about 6 ft) tall.

In an instant none of your clothes fit you anymore. You'll have to buy a whole new wardrobe of clothes.

I wish that plants could say when they need watering.

We, the people on the Autistic Spectrum have a choice.
We can either try to "fit in" with the rest of society, or we can be so egocentric that we can't be bothered.
I choose the actor. I observe NT's. I listen to their socializing. I practice it, so in social situations I can just emulate/mimic what is expected.
It isn't natural for me, but it enables me to "fit in".
It is VERY tiring and draining, but at least we can appear like them even though it is an act. Like being on the stage.
They can't see it is emulation, and so we are accepted.
