I'd take criminal justice. While ancient languages might not be useful, a talent at more modern languages could be a big plus in criminal justice. For example, I know someone who used to be an interpreter for the FBI.

I'd take butler. Chefs generally aren't generally very well paid unless they are a celebrity chef. A really good butler can bring in as much as $200,000 to $250,000 a year, but typical pay is $50,000 to $150,000 per year and it is generally a very responsible position.

Yeah, there would be some jerks out there, but many of the wealthier people I've met are often pretty nice people who would appreciate your help. For someone with good attention to detail, good manners, and who likes to dress the part, it could be a very good career.

Bus Driver or Cargo Aircraft Pilot?

The latter. I would not want to be so exposed to the general public as a bus driver, and would dread having to deal with troublesome passengers.

Train driver or HGV driver?

ordinary trains seem less dangerous due to less speed.
