nootropics are experimental brain boosters/clarifiers, Piracitam is one such. YMMV, proceed with caution. i'm not quite ready to go that far.

Quito! It's a nice city with a nice, nontropical climate because it's about 8,000 feet above sea level.

Sand in my hand; I hated (and still hate) the feeling of sand between my toes (especially after I tried to rinse the sand out with water).

I just saw my masseur tonight. My upper back / neck is always the problem area -- likely from reading so much. My left shin was really bad tonight though, too.

I would like to; but people look at you funny if you do in New York City. No so much in the "outer" parts of Queens. I'm a pretty friendly guy.
