V - Vegetable Cutlet

(I used to eat these at a vegetarian Indian food restaurant in Houston called Anand Bhavin. I could use a good recipe for this.)

I'd never heard of them / had them, EITHER!! Thanks for posting the recipe, Amity----I don't know if that's what eric76 was talking about, but I copied and pasted the recipe, and am looking forward to making them----I think I might try BAKING them.....

That looks a lot like them.

My problem was that I didn't remember what they were called but ran across the name about three or four days ago.

In the early 1990's, I could go to Anand Bhaven and have a meal of Mulligatawny Soup and Vegetable Cutlets for about $3. About half the time, I'd get a Rava Masala Dosa instead of the Vegetable Cutlets.
