That looks a lot like them.

My problem was that I didn't remember what they were called but ran across the name about three or four days ago.

In the early 1990's, I could go to Anand Bhaven and have a meal of Mulligatawny Soup and Vegetable Cutlets for about $3. About half the time, I'd get a Rava Masala Dosa instead of the Vegetable Cutlets.
