Thank you, Deep! All I knew is that they came in pretty colours. I didn't understand the difference. I think I'll try some because I'm not sure if I have.

I like Paprika, but Hot Chilli powder does a lot for many dishes as well.

I've never tried either. Hadn't even heard of shawarma, but it looks and sounds a lot nicer than the other one.

Pepper. Never put any salt on my food for at least 20 years, but it's obviously unavoidable as an ingredient in most packaged foods.
