Thanks, LLW.

Having celebrated by dropping balloons, waltzing and running backward through a woodlot with rear-view visors and a backward headlamp, I am now going to bed with my mammals in tow.

Andromeda. Its much larger than ours and bright enough to see with the naked eye. Arguably the only really 'important' galaxies in our local group, it is also the only with the potential for life forms. There are around a TRILLION stars in andromeda. Any one of those could have a solar system that supports life. I mean, do we really believe we are the only living beings in the WHOLE UNIVERSE? The only real question there is: what kind of life is out there?
(Also eventually the two galaxies will collide anyway)

Paper and pencil or computer and keyboard?

I completed two English degrees by pen, paper and manual typewriter. No easy task when entire pages had to be ripped out to correct one error, or when flatmates got upset about the typing noise. :) Now I find typing so much easier. I still make my to-do lists in pen though, because I love "crossing out".

same

Drawing on the computer has a lot of advantages. I like to watch at twitch drawing sometimes.

Typing, also on the computer.

Same question.

I enjoy typing much more than writing with pen. My penmanship sucks, and I have some trouble with spacing if no lines on paper.

I grew up with typewriters, but grew to like the convenience of things like Microsoft Word. I used to think the IBM Selectric was the cutting edge.

Razor cut, or scissor cut?

For hair? I have very long hair and I seldom trim it at all. If so, definitely scissors because it looks softer.

indigo or lavender?

Indigo for the night sky. Lavender for scents.

Raging gale is incredible, especially when trees and waves are involved.

Oh I love using a pencil! Sorry backtracking like this but I have only just woken up. On the computer I have a tablet for drawing and it does simulate the tactile feelining of drawing with a pencil or crayon.

Apologies again will revert to the orderly flow forthwith...

I suck in the visual arts :(

I like horses better. Ben Hur reminds me of the hazards of chariots.
