Nature is forever perfect, its rules cannot be violated. What people call mistakes it calls perfect. It has no notion of mistakes because it has no 'preferences' as such, it just works how it works and knows no other way.

Determinism is fatalism or there is a subtle difference?

4 day. When I was in high-school I figured out that we could have 4-day weeks and start the other days about an hour or two later if we would sacrifice summer break. Nobody seemed to consider the idea to any extent beyond their reaction to the idea of losing summer break.
