Banned because not all countries take democracy very seriously!

Banned for trying to unilaterally impose democracy, instead of giving people a chance to vote on it

Banned because the weather here is getting rather cold.

I think that the cold air is leaking down here from Canada.

Banned for not calling a plumber to fix the cold air leak from Canada.

Banned for playing God by trying to find a plumber to control the weather.

Banned for expecting a plumber to turn up and fix anything anytime soon.

Banned because plumbing is a more secure job than most professions requiring a college education.

Banned because I'm not denying that. In fact, it's probably because the plumbers are so busy that you can't ever get them to turn up.

Banned for dozens of reasons the foremost of which is that there are really so many delightful reasons to ban you that I can't simply pick up one and say "Banned for X."

An inner voice keeps telling me that it would have been a better idea just to pick up one and say "Banned for Y." And now this (or some other) inner voice reminds me of Bertrand Russell's self-referential statements which, like the one above, are second-order statements and thus lack truth value. Lacking that, they also lack common sense.

I don't care because so do I.

Banned: since this is not the "write a novel" thread.

Come to think of it, nor is this the "ban someone and give a reason why" thread.

In that spirit, you are banned. Just banned.

Banned for being too clever by half.

Banned for being too clever by quarter.

Banned for invoking the very ban motive I had in mind but didn't use because I thought it was too obvious.

Banned for trying not to be obvious, and thereby turning this into the 'banned using successively smaller fractions thread'

Banned for not calculating mentally what the sum of such a series would be.
