Nutella freaks me out -- I don't love chocolate on its own, and especially not mixed with other flavours

on second thought, if Nutella were reformulated sans sugar [use stevia instead] and all other adulterants 'cept for dark chocolate and nuts] I would prefer that.

Really particular about noodles or they're just freakin' noodles?

I LOVE shirataki noodles as they burn more calories being digested, than they add to the body. but in general, I avoid pasta due to the carbs and also the wheat gluten.

I prefer angelhair pasta in many circumstances due to its mechanical properties. It traps mingled sauces and mix-ins, and knits to the fork better than alternatives like spaghetti, linguine, and fettuccine.

Find substitutes for foods or just pivot away from them?

Nope. Im lactose intolerant. (However I wont say no to some good Graeters ice cream every now and then)

Broccoli. Or maybe I would just better like asparagus that isn't quite so well cooked.
