My psychologist says depression is about the past, anxiety is about the future and panic is about the present.
I think I'm so depressed I don't feel it any more, but I do feel anxiety nearly 24/7. Panic = episodic.

Make your own pizza, or frozen or take away?

Homemade pizza. Better than take-out or frozen.

Same question.

Heck no.....no frozen pizza for me!

I'm a New Yorker---we are very fussy about our pizza!

Hot submarine sandwich, or cold submarine sandwich?

That's entirely dependent on the contents. A cold meatball sub just wouldn't do. But I tend to go for the hot-appropriate subs.

Same q.

play by ear unless I need to learn a new song I had not heard before.

choose to play an instrument:

Wurlitzer theatrical pipe organ with "toy counter" effects [sirens, chimes, the usual sound effects and percussions]
or
Flentrop liturgical pipe organ
