having been exposed to 16 cycles per second at some volume, produced by a pipe organ, I can vouch for the quality thereof. it is a full-body massage from within and without. very therapeutic. and the beauty of it is that it isn't even that loud to the ears, the body "hears" the majority of it, in a tactile sense.
