Telescopic/microscopic for sure. To be able to watch how the micro world and the distant stars play around with each other the same way we can watch cars and people move around would be awe inspiring.

Without hearing. I'm visually oriented so losing sight would be a cruel joke. But the captions on Youtube videos are also a cruel joke.

Seeing in color or black and white?

Color for sure. For one thing, reading code without having color mnemonics to differentiate between and help organize grammatical constructs would be rather painful. Sometimes I wonder what it would be like if we did the same for everyday language.
