Study world religions, definitely. I don’t think I can confine my studies to only one country or culture, and I am already studying the Dharmic religions and Animism. That said, I wouldn’t mind learning conversational Russian, and how to read it.

Would you rather be blind but not deaf,

Or deaf but not blind?

That's always an impossible question for me: reading or listening to music? I don't think I could learn Braille because I stim with my hands when I read. I'd have to pick deaf with sight, but I hope I wouldn't hear my tinnitus in the absence of other noise. That would be torture.

same q

Deaf but not blind. Im a very visual person and I cannot imagine not being able to see. I cant do photography, or hand lettering, or drawing. I cant ride, or play sports. It seriously limits all the activities I enjoy most. I have crappy hearing anyway and use subtitles on everything. Im scared of the dark lol, Id be terrified to go blind.

Who would you save from a runaway train: your closest friend or five random children?

I don't believe I can answer that question either way. Sentiment is an insufficient rationale, consequences can't be known, utility can't be evaluated. Whoever I choose could easily die tomorrow too, whereas the ones I didn't may not have gone on to. If they're all going to die then I'll choose the children I guess, but only because some are better than none and I can survive the loss of my friend surely better than the children's parents can them. Then again, my friend has parents too. I must act in that case though, in some way, even without knowing the consequences. But if only one set will then what right do I have to decide who's more "important"?

Efficient cause or dependent origination?

Re: the train. Assuming I had to act very quickly and on impulse, I would save the person I knew because it's easier to save one person than five. Also it's probably human instinct or a biological imperative to protect those you love without thinking of the ramifications.

Apples, but they have to be cut in small pieces so I can be sure there's nothing untoward inside. Apple trees drop lots of apples which rot, and thus they tend to have mush around them on the ground. That means there are mud monsters vile freaks of nature nearby, as well as bees and hornets. I'm freaked out by apple trees or perishable fruit.

Mostly metric, but I still do linear in imperial.

Spend the evening meeting strangers, or with a couple of people you know but don't like?

A cold, wintery place. It's like home and the world's the same in it's essence everywhere.

Same question.

A cold wintery place is fine, but otherwise a cloudy summer place. Temperature doesn't bother me as much as sunlight.

Doodle by drawing cartoons, or random designs?
