my high school used that, the keri systems thing (aka securitron locks) came in handy if programmed just right that u can find out with an alarm at door, an alert on screen and through motion sensor whenever a door closer has fainted (stopped closing suddenly then comes back to normal (means the valves on closer are clogged and oil needs changing)
