It is what would be called the gap inbetween high school and university here. It can also be called college, but that's confusing for Americans.

I'm pretty sure that in America, universities and colleges are the same thing. I'll look into that whenever I think about looking into it though.

Colleges/Sixth Forms are inbetween High School and University here.
