You bet. Yes. The next two longest bones are the shinbone (tibia) and the lower leg bones (tibula)!

So I guess the next poster lives in a town smaller than mine, as I live in one city with 6 million people (counting suburbs).

yeah smaller is hardly possible ... my village has less than 30 houses (and the whole province only counts 200 000 habitants)
