DAMN YOU! I haven't had those since I was piss-drunk in some random pub in London. The place was near Vinopolis...which is near The Globe. Underneath some bridge. At the time I remember them being damn good...but that may have been because I had just stumbled out of Vinopolis, and fish and chips with a pint seemed like the best idea...ever.

Woo, I know exactly where you mean as have been in there myself with my mother... I love that area of London... and I love mushy peas.... to a point I recently went through a phase of having them cold with everything
Don't half do horrors to the digestive system tho...

I agree with calandale. If you like your food then there's no wrong time to have something to eat.

Bang on calandale. I always eat when I get the chance. Probably too quickly, because I end up finishing first out of my family.

I do the same thing. Habit from while I was in high school. I usually ate alone, so I got it over with quickly so I could go back to the computer lab.
