I got work to do.

I got work to do, too. Bummer. Going to make some soup today with hot italian sausage, mustard greens, and turnips. I hope it turns out. Maybe I'll throw in some cannellini beans instead of the turnips. Nah, the turnips are starting to sprout, they need to become soup soon. Or I could mash the turnips with some ginger & nutmeg, M&L will eat that. Then beans in the soup. Decisions, decisions.

Don't know what to do with the smoked venison sausage. Hmm, it would go very nicely with black-eyed peas, wouldn't it? Hmm.

Found a recipe for curried sweet potato & mango soup. Mm, yes, mangos on the shopping list!

I've still got work to do. All that talk of food isn't helping though.

Feeling relief after the worst couple of days

at the new shrink who decided I'm bipolar even though I've never had the first hint of mania, not even what they call "hypomania". I mean, even at my best, "energetic" is not a word that would be readily applied to me. My mood swings are between depressed-anxious-irritable and peaceful-hopeful, and they track mostly to PMS.... Whatever. Hopefully she'll tell the disability examiner I'm psychotic and it will help me get approved for SSDI. Meanwhile, her services are free and she gave me a free sample of the drug, and hopefully given a few more meetings to get to know me better she will be open-minded about it. I suppose I'll try the Abilify for the 3 weeks until I see her again, unless it gives me very unpleasant side effects sooner than that.

Edit: Just went to the doctors and apparently it was an allergic reaction... to possibly the paracetamol...
Now I got this tablets... but there was a caution sign that it might affect my eyesight
