when im not making people laugh, i serve my other 8 hours as a court room stenographer, no need for a person to type being the keyboard is in my mouth, all i do is listen and the printer goes to work,

(uggh... helmets + powerchairs = make everyone who uses a powerchair look like they have mental retardation, brain injuries, skull malformity, i highly doubt they would do that... seat belt is only required if you ride in your powerchair in a vehicle harnessing can be considered "law" of dealers as its the "law" in a lot of dealers to give prescription for a harness if the person has degenerative disease or a disease that affects how well they can hold themselves up. i dont think helmets would ever make it into "dealer law" or plain "law" i could possibly imagine head straps tho...)
