I don't mind, since I rarely have to. I'm the cook, not the dishwasher- that's what husbands and children are for.

I used to iron my own business shirts years ago, but it took me absolutely ages to do each one. Some things I can do extremely quickly like peel and chip potatoes - a chef once showed me a quick way to do them.

Depends. Books (in French) if I'm more alert, movies more to relax when feeling idle.
