Thanks for the offer. I'm not sure how consistent technical corporate language is between UK and US company law. Part of the problem is the authorities sometimes use language and ask questions relevant to large multi-national companies with complex share-holder / dividend arrangements and voting rights. I had to fill one online form last month with a question relating to the above and the text entry box was mandatory. I just entered "I don't understand the question" and they accepted the form!
They can't accuse me of telling lies on the form anyway!I win!
That works. Some of the accountants and auditors working for the bureau probably sympathized with you about not understanding some of the jargon.
But you are wrong, you don't win!
