You're likely right about that.

Reminds me of the touch screen of my old DS. Some games made you use the stylus kinda wildly and it made it the touch screen less sensitive and scraped. :( There's more than one reason why I generally avoid games like that (many of them don't appeal anyway). It does wear it out... My old DS has marks from me capturing high level Pokemon in Pokemon Ranger.
