It's a gloriously warm sunny afternoon here in France. T-shirt and shorts weather.

I would quite happily be in France at the moment- spring in the French countryside is lovely.

Nice weather here too.

I'm working at the Abbey today. Between lunch & dinner I'll slip off into their woods for a while. Lovely warm, sunny Spring day.

Wouldn't mind being in Holland for spring, either- I haven't seen much of the country outside Amsterdam. Amsterdam is a great city, though.

Never been to Holland ... never been to Australia ... never been to France! How about autumn in Argentina? Palo borracho in bloom, spectacular! Sadly it gets too cold here to grow them.

Never been to Australia either. Would love to see the luscious nature in the North West corner of the nation.

Plus yes, Amsterdam is quite a beautiful place but crowded also. Extra pluspoint is that folks tend to be frank, open and direct there. I tend to like that but bugger, I live in the South of Holland now, in a little city, which is catholic mostly and that's a totally different ballgame. (won't apply for all catholics but it does here)
