(tzatziki is a Greek 'dish' that is real easy to make and delicious, if one'd asked me, with bread (e.g. fresh baguette).
Um, Greek or Bulgarian yoghurt, cucumber made smaller, thin slices for instance, lemon juice, two gloves of garlic (pulverized), few drops of olive oil and a little bit of salt.
I don't eat crisps and such, so this as an evening snack (with fresh baguette) is a pretty nice and healthy replacement for it.
