Quique is short for Enrique. Memo is short for Guillermo. Nacho is short for Ignacio. Paco is short for Francisco. Concha is short for Consuelo, except in Argentina and Uruguay where it's a word not spoken in polite company. Mari- is short for María in a compound name (Marinés for María Inés; Marisol for María Sol; etc.)
