Two things are clear from that.

1. It's an American trophy. We don't say "great job" in the UK - unless we're commenting on the positive aspects of somebody's new place of employment. Rather, we say "well done." Conversely, Americans say "well done" to describe how they want their meat cooked. :lol:

2. Coming second place is not worthy of anyone saying "great job" or "well done." So clearly, this trophy must be for first place. And I want it. So I can eat it.
