Probably Christianity. Eating restrictions in Judaism are a bit harsh for me.

Both. Christianity is a form of Judaism in my opinion with Jesus/Yeshua as the fulfillment of the messianic prophecies, but if you wish me to specify: Christianity.

Hang glider.

Go potholing or mountain climbing?

Mountain climbing.. for that's really cool.. and I'm a speleophobe (if that's a word). I get really scared or panicky, in small tunnels, caves, spaces.

Cook, though I do get tempted to buy. Some of my favorites aren't near my new home though.

Gnocchi Alfredo, omg, I just gained 7 pounds just typing that!

Either are too rich for me and it's been ages since I had either one but I like a small piece of baklava now. (um, sun is set after the first day of this ramadan month 2010)(thus)
