He is trying to convince everyone that there is a spinning girl slowing down the Earth's rotation. This way, all gullible WP members will build giant giros that spin the other way. This will speed up the Earth's rotation, making tasks such as getting up out of bed nearly impossible.

Is from another universe where centrifugal force works in reverse, the faster the rotation the less outward pull....
That is why she thinks speeding up earth's rotation will make getting up harder, when actually it will make staying down harder...
