Kip - I think your river in the first image flooded. Do they have emergency services available to rescue the flood victims? Sandbags?

I do like the tie-dye effect on the second and third images though.

My heel's getting better slowly - no chance of running yet because I'm still limping along. Keeping my foot in ice water seems to help a bit, and lots of rest when possible. I'll make up for lost training when fully heeled again.

Water damage or none, Kip's map looks pretty nice.

I hope your foot heals quickly, Enviro. Do you have an idea of how long that might take?

Give it another week or two and should be right, frustrating that I can't run for now, but it's been quite rainy in any case.

Inserting it in iced water even as I type this, as it seems to help. The meds the doctor prescribed just after it happened and I couldn't walk, made me really drowsy and unable to function on more than two cylinders.

I agree Kip's maps are a masterpiece. And he's not even a southpaw like me.

I probably will. Half of Auckland has had no power for the last two days (fire at a substation). I wasn't affected, and it's back on now, but everyone's internet is dropping in and out. Deja vu.
