Well, banned for my language doesn't have/doesn't make the distinction really between apes and monkeys. Just 'aap' or plur. 'apen'.. well, we say, 'mens-apen' (or 'hond-apen'), resp. human-apes (or dog-apes like e.g. the baboon).

Um, double banned for now I have to get my over 100 years old animal encyclopedia out again.. (which is terribly outdated btw) (wish someone came up with some sort of machina where one could 'type in' some words and the thing, real fast, started to show all sorts of hitts on a screen about that subject) :shock:
